没有判断nginx状态直接全新安装，覆盖旧的配置，灾难性啊！ #1331

如果能加上检测当前nginx状态再选择安排或是加载配配文件就行，不然现有的nginx 配置会全给删除，灾难性！

不知道你说的什么，脚本从来就没有用过 nginx
