[iOS] Xcode 16: download iOS platform asynchronously #59

New menu has been added to launch xcodebuild -downloadPlatform iOS
to download iOS platform

If Xcode is launched, It propose also to download some platform

Current menu block the graphical interface and do not show progress

  •  do not block the interface by calling command in other thread
  • show progression message? (using SystemWorker)
