Includes the voltage-clamp test-pulse and inward/outward currents estimation.
A negative-going test-pulse is expected. The voltage command channels must be present in the recording files for the analysis to work.
Reaching a steady-state by the end of the voltage pulses (at least for the last fifth of the duration of the pulse) is essential for the accuracy of the results.

The main window does not close by itself. It can be closed at any time to interrupt the process or at the end when "finished" is displayed.
By default, previously generated results will be overwritten when the same folder is being analysed, unless a different folder name (or time-stamp) is set.
