Include Data Set

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is currently not possible to load the data from PAINT as a torch.Dataset. This should be possible.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a torch.Dataset class that enables PAINT data to be loaded. This should include:

• Transforms to crop images (see Issue Implement the Calibration Image Cropping as a Transform #9 )
• Possible train/validation/test splits.
• Perhaps an automatic download for selected data in a pre-packaged trial dataset that can be used to experiment with the data.
