Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open General settings --> Advanced --> Low-level settings
2. Scroll down the page and enable/disable "Forcibly route LAN IPv4"
3. Repeat step №2 for "Route all Lan IPv4 connections"

Expected Behavior

"Show DevTools on the main screen" option don't blink

Actual Behavior

"Show DevTools on the main screen" starts blinking
