The setting WY_LOCALE doesn't change the plugin language in admin panel.
I've been trying en_EN, fr_FR, ru_RU - It's not working.

I have also noticed this problem, I didn't have time to deal with it.
The bug seems to be related to this library.
Maybe some files are missing to load the Yoast locales?

My customers okay with it for now. But I'll try to fix a bit later. I'll let you know if I can fix it.
