Context

It's been decided that Sample::sample_cell_count should be removed from the output metadata file.

Problem or idea

The steps included to accomplish this include:

  • removing sample_cell_count from common.METADATA_COLUMN_SORT_ORDER
  • excluding sample_cell_count_estimate from derived_properties in Sample::get_metadata
