These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you (or company or organization) recognized as “User” and Aqwam Harish Aiman recognised as “Licensor” for the use of Aqwam's Proprietary Source Codes ("Proprietary Codes") within this terms and conditions. By using or storing copies of the Proprietary Codes, User, agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The files under this folder (AqwamProprietarySourceCodes) in ChaWatcher software library will be referred as Proprietary Codes. The files includes:

-- License Exceptions --
This license will not be granted to Roblox Corporation or any of its employees. A separate commercial agreement must be made between the Licensor and Roblox Corporation in order to use or possess Proprietary Codes.
-- Superseding Terms and Conditions --
This license agreement supersedes any previous terms and conditions that apply to MatrixL's (or formerly known as Aqwam’s Matrix Library) and DataPredict's (or formerly known as Aqwam’s Machine and Deep Learning Library) software libraries or codes contained within ChaWatcher's software library. If any of these libraries or codes are used outside of ChaWatcher's library or its derivatives, then the terms and conditions of MatrixL's and DataPredict's software libraries or codes will apply.
-- Prohibited Actions --
User shall not:

Sell, resell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer Proprietary Codes, in whole or in part, to any third party, whether for profit or not;

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of Proprietary Codes;

Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices or labels contained in the Proprietary Codes;

Use the Proprietary Codes outside of anti-cheat or anti-exploit purposes;
User also shall not remove or modify the license written here.
-- Ownership and Credit --
You also acknowledge that Licensor owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Proprietary Codes, and you shall not claim ownership of the Proprietary Codes or any part thereof.
-- Liability --
The Proprietary Codes are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Proprietary Codes.
-- Governing Law --
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of a jurisdiction selected at the sole discretion of the Licensor. In the absence of a choice by the Licensor, the laws of Malaysia shall apply.
-- Changes to Terms and Conditions --
Licensor reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. User continued use of the Proprietary Codes after such changes will constitute User's acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
-- Termination --
Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if User breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, User shall immediately cease all use of the Proprietary Codes and destroy all copies of the Proprietary Codes in its possession.
-- Entire Agreement --
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Licensor with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between User and Licensor.
By using the Proprietary Codes, User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, User shall not use the Proprietary Codes.
