does pyqt provide aarch stuff? we are still building more basic packages

qt is hard.....

I think tkinter now works on conda forge

conda update --all --yes

should help.

I'm fail to install spyder IDE, is this related to the qt ?

not sure. could be many things. Spyder definitely needs qt.
