Jetpack Plugins: allow the use of blog IDs in URLs

Some areas of Calypso allow the use of a blog ID instead of a site's normalized home URL. /posts is an example. You can access a list of posts on one of your sites by using a normalized home URL or a blog ID:

• https://wordpress.com/posts/1
• https://wordpress.com/posts/site1.com

(replace '1' and 'site1.com' with the correct side ID and URL)

It doesn't appear to be possible with /plugins:

• https://wordpress.com/plugins/site1.com
• https://wordpress.com/plugins/1 returns this error:

Would it be possible to allow blog IDs as well? It would be consistent with other areas of Calypso, and would allow us to build URLs easily from within Jetpack:
