Superadmin bar: the "Dash" menu should always point to wp-admin, not My Home

On Simple sites, we have this Dash superadmin menu:

On sites with Default admin interface style, the link points to My Home. It used to always point to wp-admin. We need to maintain this behavior.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be a superadmin.
2. Prepare a Simple site.
3. Go to Settings -> General and set the Admin interface style to Default.
4. Go to the site's frontend.
5. Click the Dash superadmin menu.

What you expected to happen

We go to /wp-admin.

What actually happened

We go to My Home.
