Hi, under the "Setting up your accounts" section (https://github.com/Azure/aztk/blob/master/docs/00-getting-started.md#setting-up-your-accounts) it would be good to add a note mentioning that one can either follow the manual resource setup route or the "getting started scripts" route. Thanks!
