Cannot see the meetings scheduled in Scheduler app

I cannot see meeting scheduled in scheduler app, hence cannot make any update to it. Does anyone know the root cause and how to fix it?

We have only seen this in the Rest API meetings but there is a new instance for the arch board meetings. See issue: Azure/azure-sdk#7914

The problem is that the meeting stays in draft mode and most of the data is gone. This means that our application failed when saving data on the DB which is the last thing it does. So for our users it looks like everything worked, but for our DB, the meeting was never scheduled.
