Can't install dps-keygen

looks like an issue with npm? remy/nodemon#1124

They say to remove the npm file from usr/local/bin/npm but i can't remove... do you know why?
says "access denied"

Try with sudo

doesn't work, I also tried to delete entering in raspberry.

Try installing a different node version. This error comes from node/npm and I don't have much to do :/ You might also try npm i -g https://github.com/Azure/dps-keygen but not sure if that would make a difference.
or git clone https://github.com/Azure/dps-keygen && cd dps-keygen && npm i after that, node index.js
