Produce task even if nothing was extracted

Hello!

I was trying to use a custom karton system that would run after karton-config-extractor and do other operations based on whether a configuration was extracted or not, but my understanding is that if no configuration is extracted, this system won't produce any new task.

Would it make sense to have this system always produce a new task with "stage": "analyzed"? Similar to how karton-yaramatcher always produces a task?

With the system always producing a task, one could filter based on origin and be able to check if something was extracted.
