Super Extreme Closest is a theme for XOOPS 2.5, it is build in smarty templates as the theming system in XOOPS 2.5 tabulates, you need to copy this group of files from cloning the repository or downloading the zip, into the subpath of /themes/super-extreme-closest to then enable the theme you do this in the control setting administration side of XOOPS.
