Windows installer fails if user profile directory name contains parenthesis #13406

What happened?

I have a user profile is stored in C:\users\Mayra(Kitty)...
This has not caused problems installing other packages, e.g. Microsoft 365
But installing Anaconda3-2024.06-1-Windows-x86_64.exe fails with an error saying there is an invalid character in the path

Expected behavior or outcome

Installation successful.

Thanks @BurtHarris for the report! This is intended behavior because of the following issue: conda/conda#12587

So, our installers prohibit these characters in the path until the issue is fixed in conda.
