Some enforcement staff may be sensitive to certain graphic or otherwise disturbing details in a report.

Desired solution

Allow the reporter to enter content warning tags as part of the reporting process, and display these tags with an explicit "show me anyway" sort of control before a moderator views the contents of the report.
