During geosmart hackweek a user reported being unable to connect to JupyterHub, seeing this error:

Seems there are lots of things that can cause this, such as local browser or internet settings (https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/net-err_cert_common_name_invalid), and indeed the fix was just switching to a phone hotspot and the URL worked. Just logging here in case it's worth adding to the JupyterBook someplace.
