[Feature Request] Auto-tag all notes from vault in bulk

My vault has thousands of notes, but is completely uncategorized/tagged. This is because I imported it from a basic note-taking app that doesn't do tags.

It would be amazing if this Auto Tag Plugin could be employed in bulk on such a catalogue of notes. I think there's who want to migrate to Obsidian for their network visualization feature, but it is very strenuous work to go through all old notes and tag them. This project has the potential to automate that.

It should probably go from the first note to last, tagging every individual note. Every tag new tag it uses in a note should be added to the prompt to the AI when adding tags for the next note, so it can choose out of tags it used from those previous notes if it wants to.
