stepSize 0.5 does not work

Hi!

When I set the stepSize to 0.5 in the card configuration, the default value of 1 is still used. A stepSize of 2 seems to work but 0.5 does not while my thermostat is able to set the temperature per 0.5 degrees. I've already taken a look at the code but can't find a reason for it.

EDIT: After investigating, it seems that I cannot replicate the problem. 0.5 as stepsize works fine for me.
