I think the direction of this project is less about "Show me where all the sats are right now" and more about "Show me what the sat constellations look like" visualization.

To that end, I'm not sure if it's necessary to show current positions, though I suppose it wouldn't hurt to have that as an option.

I want to primarily focus on nailing down what would be the most effective overall value. I think it would be good to be able to use this tool to compare sat constellations to get an idea, for example, how Starlink compares to Kuiper or GPS sats.

Constellations to add:

  • GPS
  • GlobalStar
  • OneWeb
  • Kuiper (when it launches)

It would be extra cool if we could select which sats to show in a checkbox style and assign each sat a color correlated to their constellation so we could see them all simultaneously.
