@irajs Regarding timing of version 1 events. In the referenced document it is defined as:

Period@start - InbandEventStream@pto /InbandEventStream@timescale + emsg@presentationTime/emsg@timescale

Is the presentation time in the emsg really relative to the start of the period? In 23009-1-4th it says:

"presentation_time provides the Media Presentation time of the event measured on the Movie timeline, in the timescale provided in the timescale field; the value shall not be less than the earliest presentation time of the carrying Segment."

This sounds to me like it is relative to AST?
