Deploy scripts cause test to fail on forked repos

Steps to reproduce

Resync development branch in forked repository with dashif repo

Observed behavior

Receiving error email from notifications@github.com
subject:[NAME/dash.js] Run failed: deploy - development
body: deploy: All jobs have failed

Console output

N/A

Expected behavior

Deploy scripts should only run on dash-industry-forum github account, not on forked repositories.
(Scripts fails for good reasons: SSH-keys are not accessible)
