"Print Invoice" and "PDF Invoices" from the Actions dropdown doesn't produce the custom PDF file

I recently installed this module and I am finding my way around it.

I noticed that when I use the Actions drop down, on the Orders list, or the Invoices list, and select "Print Invoice" or "PDF Invoices" it still produces the default Magento PDF. It looks like the only place where I can generate an invoice PDF using the new format is on an individual order details on the Print link.

Is that correct? Can this be changed? We print the invoices in bulk when we prepare orders for shipment, and include them in the packages. We would love for the new format to be the printed PDF.
