Add more solid blocks to#usefulrailroads:track_builder/ground_blocks and #usefulrailroads:track_builder/tunnel_blocks tags, to make Track Builders more useful, right now they are very limited in what blocks they can place

Why would you like this added/changed?

Track builders are too limited rn
