Issue: So my friend and I were playing the game on a dedicated server with the jar file installed/in the mods folder of the server and both of our mod folders. We were playing on a custom map where only the map was edited so nothing else should cause the issue. We were trying to place the Plastanium fabricator but it wouldn't work. It just kept getting built but only the place sprite was showing and no building animation whatsoever. We tried a few times to reinstall the mod on both the server and the game, Reinstalling the dedicated server twice and only using the UAW mod (Before we were using a few others but to make sure it wasn't a compatibility issue with other mods I installed a fresh install of the dedicated server and the mod and only used the UAW mod) And still it wouldn't work.
Steps to reproduce: Get a dedicated server download the mod from the github page and place it in the mod folder of your server, start up mindustry and download the mod from the in game's mod explorer and get a friend to play on that server with you (also needs to have the mod). Make sure the mod is enabled. start a match in SURVIVAL (<-- very important because for some reason if you playtest a game, are alone or are in sandbox mode it DOES placethe buldings) and play until you get the recources for a building from your mod. Could be the plastantium fabricator or something else (no building was able to be placed from this mod) and you should't be able to place it. (If it DOES place in your case I am willing to show in either discord dms/call or otherwise most comfortable for you that it indeed does not work with our server and setup)
Crash logs: We did not experience any crashes with the game and/or server.

I have searched the closed and open issues to make sure that this problem has not already been reported. (There was a guy called ActiveGamer and they reported something about not being able to build something, maybe it has something do with my issue, idk)
