Possible effect/affect typo?

From the license:

Upon a determination that any term or provision is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, to the extent permitted by Laws, the court may modify this License to affect the original purpose that the Software be used in compliance with Human Rights Principles and Human Rights Laws as closely as possible. The language in this License shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party.

IANAL, but It seems that “affect the original purpose” is a typo, as one generally effects purposes. If the maintainers agree, I’m happy to send a pull request.
