Just creating a follow up issue to discuss / investigate / take care of this (or not)

Here's how long the API calls take

CreateChatReport itself took about 477ms
getReportStuff took 122ms
Report_GetHistory took 98ms

So, what's going on here? That seems like a little less than a second. But when I profiled this it took about 7 seconds on production.
