The driver package in vm(windows) can not identify the MxGPU correct

I tried the drivers version17、18、19；They all cannot identify the s7150v；
My vGPU card was running as AMD MxGPU in the system，the AMD driver cannot find the card；
I found the vGPU card's HW id is 696F，and in the package‘s config_file ，the HW id belong MxGPU：
