Media track title display not working after waking up from standby

Describe the bug

I use GSConnect and the mpv extension mpv-mpris, so I can control the mpv media player with the KDE Connect Android app. This works fine, when a new track starts, the track title is displayed in the Gnome shell and in the Android app. When I put the PC to standby and wake it up again, the track title display works only in the Gnome shell, it stops working in the mobile app.
