create EM from genemania enrichment results

summarize genemania enrichment results as an enrichment map. Add button "create enrichment map" which translates enrichment results to EM.
Should be straight forward. Ideally would use gmt file which was created from the annotations in genemania but in its absence you can create an EM with a generic file (with each term contain a list of effected genes) and no gmt file.
