Option to report spam events / block accounts.

So, looking at the current list of events I saw https://gettogether.community/buy-verified-cash-app-account/ from the account https://gettogether.community/profile/79102/

I don't see an option to report either the event or the account as being obvious spam, nor do I use Telegram so I can't mention it there.

Furthermore a block feature would also be nice. There are a few events that I don't and will never have any interest in. Either blocking the event or possibly the user would be nice.

Finally, a report/block button to do both in one click would be great.
