An option to make biomes not follow the season-cycle and instead stay in a certain season.
This would be different from tropical biomes in the sense that instead of having 'wet' and 'dry' seasons it would have 'Eternal Spring' for example.
Why would this feature be useful?
This would be useful for certain stylized biomes where neither the changing of seasons nor tropical seasons make sense and but you don't want to loose the restrictions for crop fertility and the specific season behaviors (more rain in spring etc.)
Example:
A Cherry Blossom Biome would be set to 'Eternal Spring', so you could grow spring crops there year round.
I hope my explanation makes sense!
