Add a quick game mode

Often I find myself just wanting to play a quick game and have to scroll a big bunch of groups to find one where games being played and then wait till the next starts so I can join.

So I want to suggest some sort of quick game mode where you start in the bot pm, the bot asks for a language and gives you a list of groups that have set a group link and have a game open to join.

Just a quick thought for now, may add ideas later

@kommandantredundant Hmmmm. We might also just show a special mark groups on grouplist where a game is starting right now. Like

indicates that a game is joining in vets🤔
Though I can already smell all the groups adding a ▶ emoji to their title so they always seem to be in joining phase...
