eclipse在import这个项目后放到Tomcat后无法访问 #1

项目解压后，导入到eclipse里面，开始无法被Tomcat识别，然后我改了setting和project文件可以识别了，但是看到Tomcat启动后，并没有加载这个项目的配置，果然访问页面都是报404，小白真诚地请教是不是哪里出错了。。。
