It would be great to have a single point where you can find out who is leading/responsible for each charter rather than having to dig through each charter to discover it

We're thinking along the same lines. When charters are completed, I'm planning to create a dcp-community page that extracts basic information from the charters, including:

  • Project name and description
  • List of roles
  • Slack channels and Mailing lists
  • Link to full charter

As an extension to this ticket (and I am guessing from your comment above you have already thought of this) I assume the all members of DCP PM and DCP Architecture will be listed somewhere in this summary info so when reading the charter and RFC guidance people can understand who has oversight?

Additionally, listing the members of the HCA DCP Governance would be good too as they are our first port of call for wider scientific and strategic leadership.

Another proposal more for convenience sake is creating git teams for arch and pm so it is easy to add everyone needed to review a PR rather than having to list each name individually

I have thought about a separate Oversight section, but it's good to hear reinforcement. Regarding git teams, I explored that earlier - see my comment to PM.
