The Optimus mouse data test needs to be updated to use the same test style as is used for non-mouse data.

Also

  • the matrix output is not currently tested, and should be.
  • the reference data and test inputs should be in the same bucket as our other test data. Currently the test uses broad-dsde-mint-dev-teststorageand broad-dsde-mint-dev-teststorage. Instead it should use hca-dcp-sc-pipelines-test-data
