[SPIKE] AUDR: Analysis Updates reloaded

We had a great discussion during the F2F, and have been discussing the details over daily calls with other TLs.

It seems we are reaching to a point that we have a “potential“ working solution, Parth will present it to the Tech Arch group, while in the meantime, in order to make incremental progress on this epic, we need to revisit our existing SPIKE doc(s) and make them up-to-date and as guide of our next step: experimental implementation of the prototype.
