Feature Request: Custom home pages for subcollections

• Create the flexibility to allow customized branding for the differences among main header/footer and sub-collections' header/footer.
• Some sub-collection owners would like to have their own headers/footers that are different from the main header/footer in subcollection's landing page.
• There is a feature request from the old UI site: Feature Request/Idea: Custom home pages for subcollections dataverse#10252. It will be great if the new UI can have this feature available.
