Overview of the Feature Request

Add Browse/Search Facets section to the create collection page.
This will be a continuation of the work created in Metadata Fields section on Create Collection page and will integrate Use case for getting all facetable fields defined in the installation .
Will also use the new TransferList component from the Design System.
