From 2/21/14 Test Pilot Meeting Notes

Author field needs to support a user entering in an organization name;- maybe a check box that a user can click to say, “author is an organization”-

Update from 03/06/14 Meeting w/ Gustavo, Steve and Merce:

• single field for both Author and Organization
• remove checkbox, which was previously propose, and do not have separate fields First Name, Last Name, and Organization
• watermark & tooltip: "FamilyName, FirstName or Organization Name"
• Documentation: Include Search tip that if they want to search on Author to look for FamilyName, FirstName

Re-added after Mike's clean-up at author level instead of dataset level. Page needs a column tweak.

We're currently debating one author name field vs. splitting first and last names into two seperate fields, with a checkbox for toggling to a single field for organization. (Reference: http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-personal-names#fielddesign)

Tested on 3/12

One field for author so no as org needed.

Watermark now completely missing so will open as a separate ticket
