Now that the S3 Storage Driver (#3919 and #3921) is in place and the backup work (#4157) is in progress, we need to set aside time in a sprint to move Harvard Dataverse from local hosting to AWS S3.

When this is complete, we should have dataverse.harvard.edu running on AWS S3 and also we should update the documentation with anything beneficial to the community that we find out during the process.
