CI Test Against Icinga DB, Icinga Notifications, Icinga Kubernetes

As every change here directly impacts our applications - in particular Icinga DB, Icinga Notifications, and Icinga Kubernetes -, it would be great to have a CI test run here, which builds and tests the depending products, build against the current icinga-go-library version. This would ease testing changes and especially third party library updates.
