Separation barrier

The separation barrier is an important element for hiker safety in Israel.
I think the separation barrier would need a separate category so we can use a uniform symbol, regardless if its a fence or a wall, and show it at lower zooms where we wouldn't show fences around private homes. This was done in the raster map and worked well.

The schema contains the separation wall, as well as all other lines in the ihm_lines layer, upto zoom 9, as you could see in Maputnik.

There are other large scale fences which are clearly visible in zoom level 9 and are no less important for the safety of hikers:

In that case could you indiscriminately import the names of all walls and fences, if they have ones, into IHM_lines classes Wall and Fence?
