Generate FR for outputting input and known values

As mentioned in this comment, "it is a common ... practice in research software to output the inputs as part of the outputs ... for easy provenance/reproducibility.... Eventually I would see this as an option for users of Drasil. They could select to "output the inputs" if they want to."

This should be done similarly to the output FR generation in #3259, but with a choice to actually generate it or not (this choice would also affect code generation).
