Wiki asset directory/storage

So basically when I, or anyone, writes the wiki we want to include images. The way the wiki works though is like html where it needs a directory or link to the image.

This means that we need a directory or some sort of place to put the images; I do not want to put it into The Orange Alliance repo because it'll be messy but perhaps The Orange Alliance.wiki repo if that is possible.

(This might be more of a TODO and wiki than an issue in The Orange Alliance but it's a optional issue because it might create a directory in the repo)

You can also host them elsewhere and link to them over http rather than relatively too.
