buildkite keeps killing almost successful net tests #320

Successful Pkg tests usually take 42-44.99 minutes to run, while failed tests take 45 minutes to run. This seems silly.

It keeps killing coverage too, resulting in loss of codecov data for the past 21 days

Bump. This continues to be making CI red often and seems like an small fix
