UI improvements

Here are a few suggested UI tweaks:

1. Add a ? button next to the logo that redirects to this nutshell guide to help answer user questions
2. Upon completing a connection by checking the green arrow on the connect page, redirect back to the Gathering home page rather than staying on the connect page
3. On the connect page, change the + button in the top right to a house icon home button that redirects to the Gathering home page
4. On the connect page, change the placeholder code name entry text from "Their Code Name" to "Connection Code Name"
5. On the Gathering home page, change text of "Close Gathering" button to "Gatherings Index" or something that conveys that it is a step up and back from the current gathering - I think the word "close" might confuse users into thinking that they are permanently exiting/deleting the Gathering
6. Change "MVP" trophy name to "Epicenter" or something less sportsy
