This is the application of a fully functioning customizable quoting system. It is the standalone app of the source code which can be found here: https://github.com/KStickney/Quote-System. It will run on windows.
The executable is named Quote_System.exe.
If you want to keep your old settings, navigate to the old distribution and copy the local_settings.pickle file from the data/ file and put it into the new data/ file found here. If you do that, there should be no setup. If you do not, you will have to reset the process.
